Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable epoxy resin composition containing a bisepoxide compound obtained by a method for preparing the corresponding bisepoxide compound from an olefin compound having two or more cyclohexene rings, and to provide a preparation method of the curable epoxy resin composition.SOLUTION: A method for forming a bisepoxide compound includes the steps of: (a) mixing (i) an olefin compound having two or more cyclohexene rings, (ii) a transition metal catalyst, and (iii) a solvent; (b) metering and supplying an aqueous solution of (i) an excess quantity of 0-20% of the stoichiometric ratio of the hydrogen peroxide oxidant than the required theoretical amount to epoxidize all double bonds of the olefin compound, and (ii) a buffering agent over a pre-determined period of time and at a regulated pre-determined first reaction temperature at a pH of
