CEILING SUSPENSION TYPE AIR CONDITIONER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique concerning a ceiling suspension type air conditioner configured to move up/down a filter unit comprising an air filter erected in a casing and an oil drain pan receiving oil mist.SOLUTION: A filter unit 8, comprising an air filter 3 erected in a filter casing 2a in the vicinity of an air intake opening 21 of a ceiling suspension type air conditioner 1 and an oil drain pan 6 provided in the under side of the air filter 3 and receiving oil mist collected in the air filter 3, is elevated and lowered from an elevating/lowering port 25 by an elevating/lowering structure 7 to simultaneously carrying out the cleaning or exchange of the air filter 3 and the cleaning of the oil drain pan 6 to reduce the cleaning time and cleaning man-hours of the oil drain pan 6. An environmental change in a mounted place of the ceiling suspension type air conditioner 1 can be also made small.
