The second connecting part 53 extends from the first connecting part 52 toward the ground surface 2D and abuts on the ground surface 2D. The second connecting part 53 is formed at a position confronted with a terminal metal fitting 3B with the flat cable 2 interposed therebetween in the state fitted with the opposite-side connector 3.
