Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a part constituting a tackle and a tool, enabling a fishing method which amuses many people in a narrow fishing occupation area in a swim-fishing method for fishing a large or middle fish, and gives a fishing result exceeding a fishing result of a float-fishing method even by a beginner for fishing a large or middle fish.SOLUTION: A tool 15 for putting up and holding a rod is characterized by having a clamp portion 15b for clamping the body 11a of a casting rod, a line portion 15c for passing a line, and a concrete-contacting portion 15f contacting with the surface of a concrete product such as breakwater and holding the state of a put rod, further having an elastic body 15d for opening or closing the clamp portion 15b, and capable of clamping a rod having a plurality of diameters.
