Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling pressing attachment device which is appropriate for press-pasting work when pasting plate-like members together using an adhesive, and a rubber tube weir repair management system employing the same.SOLUTION: A rolling pressing attachment device 1 comprises a frame body 10, a plurality of pressing rollers 15 mounted on a bottom face of the frame body 10, and a connecting part 12 provided on a top face of the frame body 10. By connecting an exciting device to the connecting part 12, vibration is transferred to the pressing rollers 15 and in such a state, a construction part is rolling-pressed by freely rolling the pressing rollers 15.
