Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve precision of specification of nonreactive generation cause of a remote monitoring control system.SOLUTION: A remote monitoring controller 130 receives input of control information output from a control center system 110, outputs an equipment control signal based upon the received control information to actual-site equipment 120 and also determines whether the equipment control signal is output, and receives input of display information as a result of the output of the equipment control signal. Here, if the input of the display information is not received although the equipment control signal is output, the remote monitoring controller 130 determines that display input means is abnormal, and outputs the display information and determination result to the control center system 110.
