Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately measure an electric device by ensuring safety for a charging part of the electric device while holding a measuring instrument at a position of a predetermined height until finishing inspection measurement.SOLUTION: An auxiliary tool for a measuring instrument is used in the state where, in order to perform inspection measurement on an output signal from either a regular system or a reserve system that an electric device includes by means of the measuring instrument, the other stopped system is switched to be active. The auxiliary tool for the measuring instrument comprises a suspension part 2 which is suspended from a hooked member provided at a side of the other active system, a main cover part 3 which is connected to the suspension part 2 and covers a charging part of the other active system, and a placement part 4 for the measuring instrument which extends in a horizontal direction oppositely to the other active system.
