Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconducting single photon detecting system, even when the number of SSPDs (Superconducting Single Photon Detectors) constituting an SSPD array is increased, suppressing enlargement of a system and capable of easily and surely discriminating from which SSPD a detection signal is emitted.SOLUTION: A superconducting single photon detecting system 1 includes: a plurality of superconducting single photon detectors 21-24 operating by a bias current; a superconducting single magnetic flux quantum circuit 30 that converts a detection signal output from each of the plurality of superconducting single photon detectors 21-24 into a single magnetic flux quantum signal, multiplexes the single magnetic quantum signals and outputs it as an output signal; and a plurality of signal transmission paths 41-44 that connect between each of the plurality of superconducting single photon detectors 21-24 and the superconducting single magnetic flux quantum circuit 30. The plurality of signal transmission paths 41-44 have mutually different lengths.
