Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating medium.SOLUTION: A heating medium is obtained by boiling water under pressure to generate a steam or a mixture of steam and water, and spraying it from a nozzle into a semi-closed heating chamber installed partially with a discharge path, and is a heating medium in which high-temperature fine water droplets are mixed in a steam/overheated steam mixed gas and which is maintained at ≥100°C, characterized in that (1) the heating medium is a heating medium in which high-temperature fine water droplets are mixed in a steam/overheated steam mixed gas and which is maintained at ≥100°C; (2) the heating medium maintains the humidity in the heating chamber at ≥99.0% and the oxygen concentration at ≤0.1%; and (3) a minus voltage is measured at the vicinity of the nozzle to spray the heating medium.
