PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus which permits the amount of associated information to be displayed as for television broadcast programs to be switched by an intuitive operation.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, the electronic apparatus comprises a touch panel display and program information display means. When, while a first screen used to present an electronic program guide having objects representing television broadcast programs arranged thereon is shown on the touch panel display, a first touch operation is performed in a region on the touch panel display where an object is displayed, the program information display means shows a second screen on the touch panel display for presenting first information associated with the television broadcast program represented by the object. When a second touch operation is performed, the program information display means shows a third screen on the touch panel display for presenting second information associated with the television broadcast program.
