PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable stewing by a primary heating coil and secondary heating coils, and enable visual verification of a heating state.SOLUTION: An induction heating cooker comprises: an energization control circuit selectively energizing a primary heating coil and a plurality of secondary heating coils around the primary heating coli; and an operation part capable of selecting any one of multiple operation modes including a stewing mode and issuing an instruction to the energization control circuit. When cooking food by stewing at a first stewing heating power level, the induction heating cooker sets a first period T1 for driving the primary coil, a second period T2 for driving not less than half and less than a total number of secondary heating coils and a third period T3 for driving the rest of the secondary heating coils, and causes the energization control circuit to sequentially perform and repeat operations in the three periods. And when cooking food by stewing at a second heating level higher than the first heating level, the induction heating cooker causes the energization control circuit to sequentially perform and repeat an operation in a period T4 for only driving the primary heating coil and an operation in a period T5 for driving all of the secondary heating coils, and causes display means to display driving information of the primary and secondary heating coils.
