Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an MRI apparatus capable of eliminating the unevenness of RF magnetic fields during a main scan.SOLUTION: The magnetic resonance imaging apparatus includes a transmission part, a phase detection part, and a correction part. The transmission part transmits high-frequency pulses to a plurality of transmission channels of a transmission coil. The phase detection part detects phase difference among the high-frequency pulses transmitted by the transmission part. The correction part corrects the phase difference among the high-frequency pulses transmitted by the transmission part by comparing the phase difference detected by the phase detection part with predetermined phase difference when a subject is imaged.
