Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading device imparting a rotational force while permitting behavior of a torque tool such as a torque driver occurring in actual tightening work of the torque tool such as the torque driver.SOLUTION: The loading device 1 holding the torque tool, rotating the torque tool around the axis of a tightening shaft of the torque tool and imparting torque to a torque imparted member includes a holding means 6 holding the torque tool so as not to be rotatable, a rotation transmitting means 7 transmitting rotation of the tightening shaft around the axis to the holding means 6, and supporting means (10, 12, 13) supporting the holding means 6 so as to be rotatable around the orthogonal axis orthogonal to the axis of the tightening shaft and so as to be movable in optional directions within a plane around the axis of the tightening shaft relative to the rotation transmitting means 7.
