Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive transparent laminate for an electrostatic capacity type touch panel having an input surface with sufficient water-repellent property and low reflectivity, an electrostatic capacity type touch panel using the laminate, and an image display device including the touch panel.SOLUTION: A conductive transparent laminate 10 detects a position of a conductor come close to or into contact with an input surface S as a change in electrostatic capacity, and is used for an electrostatic capacity type touch panel. The conductive transparent laminate 10 includes the input surface S on the outermost surface, and the input surface S is a surface with a contact angle to water of 90° or more and having a fine concave-protrusion structure.
