The oil groove 17a is not elongated to a groove 24A in the axial line direction formed on the joint part of the pair of semi-cylindrical bearings 17, 18 and, therefore, a separation inner peripheral surface 17S' is elongated between the edge part 17E in the circumferential direction of the oil groove 17a and the edge surface 17A in the circumferential direction of the semi-cylindrical bearing 17. The length L1 in the circumferential direction of the separation inner peripheral surface 17S' is smaller than the length L2 in the circumferential direction of an inlet opening 26 and, therefore, the oil groove 17a can be communicated with the groove 24A in the axial line direction via the inlet opening 26.
