MILK FEEDER AND BEVERAGE DISPENSER INCORPORATING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel milk feeder with excellent sanitary of a milk line, wherein formed milk of a fine quality can be always generated in the same state whoever operates the milk feeder, and to provide a beverage dispenser that applies the same.SOLUTION: The milk feeder 1 is an apparatus in which a confluence part 41 of a milk line L1 that transports a milk M stored at a low temperature in a refrigeration chamber R2 to a target acting location with a steam and hot water line L2 that allows steam and hot water to join to the line is formed in a venturi shape, steam and hot water are forcefully sent to the confluence part 41, thereby suctioning the milk M from the refrigeration chamber R2 to be sent to the target acting location, wherein the milk line L1 is provided with a control valve 43 that opens and closes a milk passage at a former step of the confluence part 41 with the steam and hot water line L2. Moreover, the control valve 43 is preferably a type in which a milk flow rate that flows in the line can be also adjusted by a posture setting of a valve body 45.
