The brackets 4, 5 are formed by separating the lock-device-side fixing parts 11, 14 with respect to the frame-side fixing parts 12, 15 in such a manner that the lock device mounting pieces 51, 52 can form a plane inside of a side face of the frame side 2a or the approximately same as the side face.
