Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyol composition for producing rigid polyurethane foam having improved heat-insulation performance.SOLUTION: The polyol composition for producing rigid polyurethane foam includes a polyol (A) and fine particles (B), wherein the shape factor SF2 of the fine particles (B) is ≥120 and the particles (B) are dispersed in the polyol (A) in a state having a volume-average particle diameter of 0.01-0.5 μm. The rigid polyurethane foam is produced by reacting the polyol (A) with a polyisocyanate (C) in the presence of a foaming agent (D), and contains the fine particles (B) having a shape factor SF2 of ≥120, which are dispersed in the urethane resin at a volume-average particle diameter of 0.01-0.5 μm.
