PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two pack room temperature curable urethane coating water-proof material composition capable of obtaining a high-reliability water-proof material while giving attention to environment.SOLUTION: The two pack room temperature curable urethane coating water-proof material composition is composed of a first liquid containing an urethane prepolymer and a second liquid containing a polyol compound, an aromatic polyamine, filler, solvent and a hollow body, wherein the solvent includes at least one kind selected from a group consisting of acetate based solvents and aromatic hydrocarbon based solvents, the acetate based solvents and the aromatic hydrocarbon based solvents are solvents of Class III petroleums or more, and the hollow body has an average particle size of 20 to 100 μm and a specific gravity larger than 0.05 and less than 0.35, and is contained by 1.0 to 10 mass% in the total amount of the second liquid.
