PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove noise in electric field communication.SOLUTION: An electric field communication device has: a first noise application electrode 31n which is newly installed to be capacitively coupled onto a wall 500 being radiating noise to a human body 700, and receives the same noise as the noise to the human body 700 to apply the same noise to a ground electrode 31g; and a common mode choke coil 33 which is installed in a stage preceding a reception circuit 35, and makes a noise signal received by a signal electrode 31s and a noise signal applied to the ground electrode 31g be in a common mode to remove the same noise signal component radiated from the wall 500.
