Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control air conditioners by simplest and lightest processing while causing least impairment in the comfortableness of residents as a demand response.SOLUTION: In the case of air-conditioning, n zones with low room temperatures in the zones are selected based on room temperatures determined for every zone. The air conditioners installed in the thus selected zones are stopped, and the air conditioners installed in the other zones are operated. This operation is performed every rotation time to always stop the operation of the zones considered to have the low room temperatures and to have excessive air-conditioning effects. The air-conditioning effects in a building facility can thereby be uniformed.
