Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-resistant aluminum pigment dispersion that can be prevented from being whitened when blended in an aqueous coating material or an aqueous ink composition, has excellent metallic luster, and is particularly excellent in water dispersibility.SOLUTION: The water-resistant pigment dispersion is produced by dispersing in an aqueous medium, a water-resistant aluminum pigment whose surface is coated with a silica film. (A) polyoxyethylene alkyl ether phosphate ester or its salt and (B) a polymer having a repeating unit derived from maleic acid are introduced into the surface or inside of the silica film.
