Then, a step portion Eof an overlap part Din which the barrel pieces 32 are overlapped each other is welded to a step portion Eof a tip side overlap part Din which front side ends of the barrel pieces 32a and 32b are crimped to a crimp bottom surface 31 of the crimp part 30 by a laser seam welder 400. By this, after crimping, a water content is prevented from infiltrating into the crimp part 30.
