Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powdered cellulose in which the content of hemicellulose in the powdered cellulose is low, and that can control the generation of coloring and gas (stench) when being a composite with a thermoplastic resin.SOLUTION: The powdered cellulose is characterized in that in a cellulose in which a kraft pulp is crushed by a machine, heat-treated under an alkali condition, washed by water, then the moisture is removed, the heat loss at 300°C is at most 4 mass%, and the weight remaining rate after a sodium hydroxide treatment of 17.5 mass% is at least 90 mass%. Moreover, the manufacturing method of the powdered cellulose is characterized in that in a cellulose in which a kraft pulp is crushed by a machine, heat-treated, and washed by water, then the moisture is removed, the alkali heat treatment is performed so that the heat loss at 300°C may become at most 4 mass%. It is desirable that the heat loss by the heat treatment under the alkali condition of the kraft pulp is 1-25 mass%. Moreover, it is desirable that the alkali condition is a sodium hydroxide solution of at most 5 mass%. Moreover, it is desirable that the heat treatment under the alkali condition is 60-100°C. |
