Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug management system capable of obtaining an image permitting secure detection by compartment even if the number of sensors is small and an imaging method permitting easy manufacture and maintenance is applied, and capable of stably dividing compartments for small article and slender drugs assuming that dividing pieces are supported by abutting surfaces of the dividing pieces and with the force to retain the abutting state to further increase the flexibility in dividing.SOLUTION: The drug management system includes: a tray 10; a liner member 11 whose upper surface is a hook-and-loop fastener 12; and a plurality of dividing pieces 20 for dividing the inner space of the tray 10 into a plurality of compartments by abutting a hook-and-loop fastener 26 on the lower surface to the hook-and-loop fastener 12; an imaging device 30 for capturing an image of the tray 10 from above; and a detection device 40 for detecting use of drugs 8 by reading codes 27 from the image. The vertical cross-section of each dividing piece is U-shaped, and a planar part of a vertical wall portion of the dividing piece is inverted U-shaped. The vertical wall portion 21 of the U shaped dividing piece functions in dividing, and identification codes 27 for drugs 8 to be mechanically read are attached to the upper surfaces of horizontal plate portions 22 and 23 of the dividing piece.
