Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kit or the like for adjusting a circadian rhythm, capable of adjusting the circadian rhythm.SOLUTION: The kit for adjusting the circadian rhythm includes: a Bmal1 gene activator for daytime use including at least one kind selected from the group consisting of vitamin C, vitamin B6, vitamin D and vitamin E; and a Bmal1 gene inhibitor for nighttime use including at least vitamin A. The method for adjusting the circadian rhythm is characterized in that a Bmal1 gene activator for daytime use including at least one kind selected from the group consisting of vitamin C, vitamin B6, vitamin D and vitamin E is administered to a vertebrate in the daytime, and a Bmal1 gene inhibitor for nighttime use including at least vitamin A is administered thereto at night.
