Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components of a guillotine type sheet cutting device to make assembling easy.SOLUTION: In the sheet cutting device including a frame provided with the driving means of a movable blade, a movable blade holder fixing the plate-shaped movable blade, a pressure-contact means by which the movable blade holder is brought into pressure-contact with the frame so as to be slidable and a transmitting means transmitting power of the driving means to the movable blade holder, the movable blade holder is slid along the frame by the driving means. Since the movable blade holder serves also as a cover, the number of components are reduced and assembling is made easy.
