Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new plaster for external use having good use feeling and high followability to an affixed part.SOLUTION: In the plaster 1 for external use, a base agent is carried and supported with a support body 2 made of sheet-shaped non-woven fabrics integrated by interlacing of the mutual fibers oriented in one direction, tensile stress of a part where the base agent is carried and supported in the plaster 1 for external use at 100% elongation is 5N/25 mm or less and the neck-in shrinkage rate at 100% elongation is 50% or less.
