Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition, having excellent appearance, low-temperature impact resistance, rigidity and the like which are satisfactory for a non-coated air bag housing cover.SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition includes a specific propylene polymer, a specific ethylene-α-olefin copolymer rubber, a specific propylene-ethylene copolymer, and a styrene.conjugate diene block copolymer and/or hydrogen additive thereof. Relative to 100 pts.wt. of the propylene polymer, the content of the ethylene-α-olefin copolymer rubber is 10-200 pts.wt., the content of the propylene-ethylene copolymer is 10-100 pts.wt., and the content of the styrene-conjugate diene block copolymer and/or hydrogen additive thereof is 1-50 pts.wt.
