MONITORING METHOD OF WASTE DISPOSAL FACILITY AND WASTE DISPOSAL FACILITY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring method of waste disposal facility and waste disposal facility, which can manage the stabilization in each place of waste associated with landfill with a relatively simple facility.SOLUTION: The waste disposal facility includes: a storage tank 3 in which a plurality of waste layers S1-Sm are laminated and landfilled; and a water collecting pit 5 in which leachate from the storage tank 3 is collected. The monitoring method of waste disposal facility includes: a vertical pipe installation step of installing a plurality of vertical pipes T in an area to be managed; an (m-1)th layer forming step of charging waste in the storage tank 3 to form the waste layers S(m-1); a leachate guide part forming step of forming an inclined surface K for guiding the leachate toward the vertical pipes T on an upper surface of the waste layers S(m-1); an m-th layer forming step of further charging the waste on the waste layers S(m-1) to form a waste layer Sm; and an area-based monitoring step of monitoring the stabilization of the waste in the waste layer Sm for each small area.
