When the amount of movement of the input rod 7 achieved a predetermined threshold value, a ratio of the amount of movement of the primary piston 40 to the amount of movement of the input rod 7 is reduced. Fluctuations of the pedal effort when the only input piston 16 moves forward with the pedal effort by a driver after the electric motor 20 achieved a full-load condition and the primary piston 40 stopped is thereby reduced, and the operation feeling of the brake pedal 100 is improved. |
