PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for visualizing mobile phone information which enables a general person to use individual information of the user of a mobile phone based on a method for accurate positioning and local designation.SOLUTION: A device (a server device (1)) for visualizing mobile phone information includes: means (a part (11) for grouping mobile phone terminals) which groups information relating to each mobile phone terminal (4-1 to 4-n) belonging to a carrier of the mobile phone terminals, on the basis of at least one of the space, time, speed, information attached to the identification number of the mobile phone terminal, and state information indicating the state of the mobile phone terminal; and means (a part (12) for creating mobile phone terminal display data) which creates display data for visualizing the number of mobile phone terminals composing the grouped group, movement of the group, and the relationship between the group and another group.
