Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To identify a class or an operating state of an operating electric device even if a power supply current waveform changes in a short time in the electric device.SOLUTION: A current waveform of a current flowing to a power supply line is measured for each cycle, a differential waveform calculation section 121 calculates a differential from a current waveform in a preceding cycle and stores the differential in a differential waveform memory 122, and a statistic value calculation section 123 calculates a statistic parameter relating to the differential waveform stored in the differential waveform memory 122 and stores a reference statistic parameter calculated based on a result of measuring the current waveform of the power supply line of an electric device beforehand in a statistic value database 124. A statistic value identification section 125 collates the statistic parameter calculated by the statistic value calculation section 123 with the reference statistic parameters stored in the statistic value database 124 and selects a reference statistic parameter closest to the calculated statistic parameter, and a device estimation section 128 identifies and determines a class and an operating state of the electric device connected to the power supply line from the selected reference statistic parameter. |
