An installation part 51 of a luminaire 50 is provided at one side of the circumferential wall 3a in the hood portion 3, and a swelling part 31 is formed at a position of a circumferential edge of the straightening vane 8 which corresponds to the installation part 51 by displacing the circumferential edge of the straightening vane 8 upward to provide a translucent part 32.
