PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for allowing a user having an interest in an article on a paper medium to easily acquire the latest information and related information on the article and for easily providing an article in an electronic medium to a user using a paper medium without performing collection and management of new user information.SOLUTION: A portable terminal 1 calculates identification information on an article on a paper medium from the article on a paper medium photographed by a camera photographic part 11. A tag management device 2 acquires identification information on an article in an electronic medium corresponding to the identification information on the article on a paper medium that is calculated by the portable terminal 1 on the basis of the information on correspondence relation between the identification information on the article on a paper medium and the identification information on the article in an electronic medium. A content collection device 3 collects articles in an electronic medium that are associated with the article on a paper medium on the basis of the identification information on the article in an electronic medium acquired by the tag management device 2, and transmits the articles to a terminal used by a user.
