Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular information providing device capable of improving its acoustic characteristics.SOLUTION: The vehicular information providing device includes a display means D1 for displaying predetermined information to a user, a facing member 104 disposed in front of the display means D1 and having opening parts 104a, 104b, 104c defining the visible region of the display means D1 and a cover part 104d covering another area than the visible region, and a see-through panels 105, 106, 107 covering the opening parts 104a, 104b, 104c, respectively, to enable the user to see the predetermined information through the opening parts 104a, 104b, 104c. The cover part 104d has a base portion 104e covering another area than the visible region and a rising wall portion 104f formed integrally with the base portion 104e to encircle the visible region, and the base portion 104e is provided with a through-hole 104g in which a speaker 223 is disposed for outputting audio information corresponding to the various conditions of a vehicle to the user.
