Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide printing systems improved so that runtime variation in scan swath width and scan line spacing is allowed to mitigate or eliminate stitching errors and other problems without requiring adjustment of a photoreceptor velocity, and to provide multiple beam raster output scanners (ROSs) therefor.SOLUTION: An adjustable mirror M2 or lens is provided in an optical beam path upstream of a ROS polygon mirror 128 to allow automated electronic adjustment of line-to-line and swath-to-swath spacing at runtime.
