OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF PHOTOVOLTAIC POWER GENERATION FACILITIES

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operational management system of photovoltaic power generation facilities that guarantees sound recovery of investment by introducing a photovoltaic power generation system.SOLUTION: Photovoltaic power generation facilities comprise: communicating units 7 capable of communicating output power of photovoltaic power generation modules 1; a meteorological information database 11 for storing meteorological information 14 and 15 at places at which the photovoltaic power generation modules 1 are installed; an apparatus quality database 12 for storing quality information 16 and 17 of photovoltaic power generation systems 8 including the photovoltaic power generation modules 1; a predicted data set 22 that includes predicted operation rate data 18, predicted power generation amount data 19, a predicted power saving profit amount 20 and a predicted power selling profit amount 21 of the photovoltaic power generation modules 1; an actually measured data set 27 that includes actually measured operation rate data 23, actually measured power generation amount data 24, an actually measured power saving profit amount 25 and an actually measured power selling profit amount 26 of the photovoltaic power generation modules 1; and calculating means 30 that calculates differences among values included in the predicted data set 22 and values included in the actually measured data set 27 and determines whether or not the differences satisfy conditions of an SLA.
