Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water heater unit capable of reliably cooling a power conditioner.SOLUTION: The water heater unit includes an estimation unit (72) for previously estimating the recovered heat quantity Qpcs applied to the water of the power conditioner (12) or a water heater tank (40) prior to a heating operation. A heating control unit (73) decreases a heating capacity of the heating unit (30) during the heating operation according to the recovered heat quantity Qpcs estimated by the estimation unit (72).
