PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform fastening work of a conductive member to terminals of a connection object and to absorb displacement of nuts from the terminals.SOLUTION: Nut holding parts 22 for movably holding nuts 10 in a diameter direction are respectively formed on a conductive member 20 for mutually connecting terminals 2 of a battery 1 and each nut holding part 22 is formed so as to regulate the movement of the nut 10 in an axial direction and regulate the rotation of the nut 10 when a bolt is screwed, so that bolts 30 can be fastened without holding the nuts 10 by hands or tools. Since displacement between the terminals 2 of the battery 1 and the nuts 10 of the conductive member 20 can be absorbed by moving the nuts 10 in the diameter direction (longitudinal direction of the conductive member 20), the bolts 30 can be surely screwed into the nuts 10 by shifting the positions of the nuts 10 even when there is a dimensional error in an interval between bolt insertion holes 2a of respective terminals 2.
