CONTROL SYSTEM FOR PRESSURE OIL DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent human errors and reduce burdens on an operator, during inspection work for a pressure oil device or the like.SOLUTION: During the patrol inspection work for the pressure oil device, opening and closing of an automatic drain valve 50 are controlled by a wireless opening/closing signal from an information processor 60, and the predetermined amount of oil is released from the pressure oil device 10 to an oil collecting device 30. A pump 40 is driven by a wireless drive signal transmitted from the information processor 60, and oil in the oil collecting device 30 is sucked by the predetermined amount and supplied to the pressure oil device 10 in order to return hydraulic pressure in the pressure oil device 10 to a defined value. A pump sensor 42 measures on-load time of the pump 40 and wirelessly transmits the on-load time of the pump 40 to the information processor 60. The information processor 60 calculates the discharge rate of the pump 40 based on the on-load time or the like of the pump 40, transmitted from the pump sensor 42, and determines whether the pump 40 and the pressure oil device 10 are normally operated.
