ELECTRONIC CIRCUIT UNIT AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit unit with a coaxial connector, along with its manufacturing method, capable of coping with varying usages at a low cost, with reliability being easy to be assured.SOLUTION: In a tuner unit 11, an almost rectangular circuit board 2 having a core wire fitting hole 2c is housed and held inside a substantially rectangular parallelepiped-shaped case 1 made of a metal plate, and a coaxial connector 4 is attached to a peripheral edge of a through hole 1b provided to a top plate 1a of the case 1. A plurality of engaged holes 2d which are provided at the circuit board 2 and engaged with the case 1, are arranged in line symmetry relative to a straight line L. A plurality of terminal fitting holes 2e arranged along one side of the circuit board 2 are arranged in line symmetry relative to the straight line L as well. An opening position of the through hole 1b can be selected as required, and the circuit board 2 can be assembled in the case 1 even in a posture inverted inside out. Therefore, by using a similar procedure with components shared with the tuner unit 11, a tuner unit can be manufactured in which the coaxial connector 4 is attached to another place of the top plate 1a and a side plate 1c.
