METHANE PRODUCTION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for suppressing the release of methane gas containing hydrogen sulfide into the atmosphere even when a safety valve attached to a methane fermentation tank operates in association with pressure buildup in the methane fermentation tank in a methane production system.SOLUTION: The methane production system 1 includes the safety valve 94 provided at the upper part of a top plate of the methane fermentation tank 9 and operated to reduce internal pressure when the internal pressure of the methane fermentation tank 9 rises to reference pressure. The safety valve 94 is covered with a scatter preventive cover container 95 to seal the outside space of the safety valve 94, and the scatter preventive cover container 95 is connected to an emergency desulfurization tower 97 by connection piping 96.
