Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying apparatus for more efficiently drying an object substance and an instrument.SOLUTION: The drying apparatus is a drying apparatus equipped with heat control including an adsorption container containing titano-alumino-phosphate, which is a reproducible silico-titano-alumino-phosphate (TAPSO), as an adsorbent and since the adsorbent can be reproduced at a rather low temperature, 50 to 100°C, as compared with a zeolite, excess heat during drying can be used, the energy cost can be saved and the reproduction time can be shortened, and the zeolite can be used for a dish washer and a rotary type dryer.
