PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode device for electrochemical measurement chip that can measure even liquid sample with high sensitivity and reliability and is suitable for simultaneous multipoint measurement and a disposable.SOLUTION: In an electrode device, a plurality of conductive electrode members 13 are held penetrating an insulation sheet 12 including an insulating property in a thickness direction thereof, a plurality of concave portions 12c for trapping a measuring object are formed in a surface 12a of the insulation sheet 12 corresponding to the plurality of electrode members 13, end parts 13a of the electrode members 13 are exposed to bottom parts of the concave portions 12c, a liquid sample S including the measuring object contacts the end parts 13a, and other ends 13b of the electrode members 13 formed protruding externally from a rear face 12b of the insulation sheet 12 contact and electrically connect to electrodes 22 of a transducer 21.
