Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an engine valve containing metallic sodium and a metallic sodium supply system, with which metallic Na can be efficiently filled into the engine valve.SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing the engine valve containing metallic Na is for manufacturing the engine valve containing metallic Na which includes the metallic Na inside an engine valve 11 having a valve cap 13, a valve shaft 14 and a valve shaft leading edge 15 wherein at least the valve cap 13 and the valve shaft 14 are hollow. The method includes a first metallic Na filling step S11 of filling granular metallic Na 12a into the valve cap 13 in the engine valve 11, and a second metallic Na filling step S12 of supplying rod-like metallic Na into the valve shaft 14.
