Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the percent defective due to a leakage current by reducing the manufacturing man-hours of an oxide dielectric at the side surface of an anode body without lowering the capacitance of a solid electrolytic capacitor.SOLUTION: In the solid electrolytic capacitor including a valve action metal foil having a surface enlarged in a porous state as an anode body 1, an insulation resin layer 10 is formed between a second solid electrolyte layer 6 and a graphite layer 7 of a capacitor element to stretch from the side surface of the second solid electrolyte layer 6 and cover at least a part of the outer edge of a plane part in the second solid electrolyte layer 6.
