Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flying capacitor type voltage detection circuit capable of reducing influence of parasitic capacitance and capable of including a flying capacitor in an IC.SOLUTION: The flying capacitor type voltage detection circuit including a flying capacitor CI, a first switch circuit which inverts a charging direction of the flying capacitor CI by cells composing a battery pack in each cell, a second switch circuit for discharging the flying capacitor CI, and an output circuit 10 for outputting a signal corresponding to a potential difference between both electrodes of the flying capacitor CI further includes a shield part NSH arranged around both the electrodes so that parasitic capacitance between both the electrodes is uniform and a potential difference adjustment circuit for equalizing the potential difference between both the electrodes and the shield part NSH at the charging timing and discharging timing of the flying capacitor CI.
