PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifting storage device in which a handle when not used is not an interruption, and which looks nice.SOLUTION: The lifting storage device 1 includes: an outside box 2 which has an opening in a bottom surface side; and a storage shelf 3 which has at least a bottom plate, both side plates, and a back plate, and a handle 4 protruding downward from the bottom plate, and is made to freely lift between a position stored in the outside box and a position protruding from the opening of the outside box, wherein the handle is freely rotatably supported to both the side plates at an operation position protruding substantially perpendicularly to a lower direction from the bottom plate and a housing position made to be near to the bottom plate respectively.
