The multiple camera devices each photograph the monitoring target area by taking in reflection light reflected by a subject of illumination light emitted by the illuminating device, extract the reference time information analyzing image information obtained by photographing, and record the image information by associating the reference time information with a position corresponding to the extracted reference time information of the image information obtained by photographing.
